Terms of Service
The ground rules for working together on custom design and apparel projects.

Orders and quotes
All quotes are based on the project details you provide. Changes to quantity, garment type or design scope may adjust the final price. A quote is confirmed once accepted in writing.
Deposits and payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve production time and begin the hand-drawn concept. The remaining balance is due before final files are released or goods are delivered.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or a change of direction after approval may be billed at an hourly rate quoted in advance.
Artwork and ownership
All designs are 100% original work created by Jeremy Reed. Upon full payment, you receive the license described in your package. Reed The Ink retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client-supplied content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, names, photos or text you provide. Reed The Ink will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.
Turnaround and delivery
Timelines begin after the deposit is received and the concept is approved. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but may be affected by supplier or shipping delays outside our control.
Returns and cancellations
Because every item is custom made, orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins. If an item arrives defective or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days and it will be corrected.
